I’m overwhelmed. There are too many important politically oriented subjects in the news these days. Most of them are bogged down with 30 second sound bites trying to explain or describe a complicated issue that I couldn’t properly explain without either writing a book or do a blog entry with footnotes referring to several credible outside sources.
Here’s a more frivolous topic. Congressman Ron Paul is a candidate for the Republican presidential nominee. He is 75 or 76 years old. The media always brings up his age to diminish his credibility as a worthwhile candidate. The last time I heard this done, Congressman Paul responded with a challenge that I wouldn’t accept. Would you?
